Testimonials that matter...

"I have attended several of Estelle's circles, and I can testify firsthand to her ability to welcome my emotions in an incredibly kind and compassionate way at the beginning of each circle, and to take them into account throughout. It's a cocoon-like effect that feels truly safe and unusual because, as a highly sensitive person, I often tend to hide all or part of my emotions to appear 'normal,' especially in group settings. Estelle invites us to connect how our nervous system functions with real-life situations, both professionally and personally. She responds to our shares by bringing in theory, support, and linking our experiences with our physical sensations. There's nothing like this to truly integrate the knowledge she imparts, drawing from our situations or those of the other participants. She adapts to every case in real-time: it’s clear she has full command of her subject! We feel calm and in good hands. What I take away is that my body is my compass as a highly sensitive person, even though it sometimes causes me great discomfort! Thanks to the exercises Estelle offers, I’ve identified certain blocks and barriers, and I know that if I want to keep digging deeper, it will probably be through individual sessions. I am grateful for what I’ve discovered in her circles. Thank you, Estelle!"

Camille, Stage Coach for Musicians Circle on procrastination regulation, burnout, and lack

"Estelle's workshop had the effect of giving me rational confirmation that it's extremely important to take breaks in order to perform well during active periods. It's like I needed to know that it was scientifically recognized before I could fully accept it. (I’m the type to feel guilty for 'doing nothing' even though I know it’s good for my health and creativity… damned societal conditioning that I’m trying to undo). So, I really liked the part with the diagrams where you explained how the nervous system works; I would have loved to dive deeper into that 🙂. Finishing with a practical exercise was a great idea, helping us reconnect with our bodies. It made me realize that when I procrastinate, it's simply because I'm exhausted and in need of complete rest. Also, I learned that it's important to prioritize oneself to regulate the nervous system, because I tend to procrastinate things that actually make me feel good, like drawing or creating for myself. I always put it off because 'it's less important,' and as a result, I end up feeling frustrated, tired, and not wanting to work on my business 😅. So now, I’m going to try reorganizing my workdays to do something that brings me joy first thing in the morning! So, in short, I thought it was a great introduction, and it felt good to understand the link between what happens physically and emotionally and the rational explanation behind it. I would have liked to delve deeper into that part. I also enjoyed feeling my body during the exercise and noticing which positions felt best for me. Thank you again, Estelle, what you're doing is fascinating and of public service 😌😘.”

Oriane, Illustrator Circle on procrastination and burnout regulation from the perspective of the nervous system

MY name is Estelle

"I am a body-centered therapist specializing in trauma and nervous system regulation.

I work particularly ( but not only ) with atypical women (highly sensitive, multipotential, intellectually gifted, etc.) who suffer from stress, anxiety, eating disorders or experiencing traumas ( burn out, grief, big life transitions..)

My approach is truly unique because I help my clients explore their atypical individual needs with a view to reconnect with all their parts. Instead of blending into the crowd, I teach you how to identify your true needs through the lens of your nervous system and a whole variety of therapeutic tools to release traumas.
